NS Solutions Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kazuhiko Tamaki; hereinafter “NSSOL”) has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with iAuto Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; CEO and Director: Taii Oh; hereinafter “iAuto”) as of July 14, 2026.
Under the alliance, NSSOL and iAuto will combine iAuto’s extensive automotive software expertise with NSSOL’s advanced AI and data analytics capabilities to create innovative next-generation mobility experiences. NSSOL has positioned this field as a strategic growth area over the medium to long term and will establish the SDV Business Promotion Group within its Digital Manufacturing Business Center effective August 1, 2026. This new organization will serve as a hub for collaboration with partner companies and technology development, accelerating business creation in the SDV/AIDV domain.
Background
The automotive industry is undergoing a major transformation driven by the advancement of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs), where software increasingly defines vehicle functionality, features, and customer experiences. At the same time, rapid progress in artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to drive the evolution toward AI-Defined Vehicles (AIDVs), in which AI is embedded directly into vehicle functions and user experience.
Against this backdrop, the importance of integrating automotive software development with AI and data utilization has grown significantly as manufacturers seek to enhance both vehicle functions and user experience.

iAuto has a proven track record in delivering production-grade automotive software across a broad range of SDV domains, including Cockpit, ADAS, and Vehicle Control(Note1) technologies, serving automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in China, Japan, and Europe. In recent years, iAuto has advanced sophisticated automotive software development through direct collaboration with leading automotive manufacturers in both domestic and international markets, particularly in the field of SDV and AI-driven technologies.
Meanwhile, for more than 30 years, NSSOL has delivered advanced systems and solutions leveraging optimization technologies, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, helping manufacturing customers improve operational efficiency, productivity, and reliability. Through its extensive experience in areas such as operational optimization and predictive maintenance, NSSOL has accumulated deep industry expertise and know-how. More recently, NSSOL has also been conducting proof-of-concept projects involving the practical deployment of Physical AI technologies, including robotics.
Recognizing the potential to create new value in the SDV/AIDV domain by combining their respective strengths and know-how, iAuto and NSSOL have decided to enter into this alliance.
