1994 onwards Full-fledged expansion of the solution business
1997 Invested in Oracle Corporation Japan to strengthen our partnership

Nippon Steel Information & Communication Systems Inc.

1988 The Electronics & Information Systems Division of Nippon Steel Corporation and Nippon Steel Computer Systems Co., Ltd. ⟨established in 1980⟩ were merged to Nippon Steel Information & Communication Systems Inc.
1992 No. 1 Data Center began operations and the Oracle business began

NS Solutions Corporation

April 2001 NS Solutions Corporation was established though a business integration
October 2002 Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
October 2012 Due to the merger of our parent companies, Nippon Steel Corporation and Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., our company name also changed to Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metals Solutions (English name remains “NS Solutions Corporation”)
April 2019 This was changed again with the creation of Nippon Steel (English name remains “NS Solutions Corporation”)
April 2022 Transitioned to the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market
