NS Solutions Establishes Global Subsidiary in London

In March this year (2013) NS Solutions Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Munetaka Shashiki, hereafter referred to as “NSSOL”) has established a subsidiary (NS Solutions IT Consulting Europe Ltd., hereafter referred to as “NSSOL Europe”) in London to provide system support to Japanese financial institutions.
Financial institutions in Japan are currently strengthening global expansion activities in order to increase their support to Japanese firms looking to expand overseas and to increase earning capacity in the global market. Amidst this backdrop, there is a strong need to be able to adapt to changes in the financial regulations of each country, typified by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. There is now, more than ever, an urgent need to develop advanced IT systems designed to support risk and financial management in a timely and global manner.
Since the 1990s, NSSOL has developed a large number of derivative and risk management systems specifically for financial institutions and possesses specialized knowledge and experience in this area. In recognition of this achievement, in recent years NSSOL has come to receive more and more requests from financial institutions to provide consultation and system support for their overseas bases. As a result and in order to address these needs, NSSOL established a subsidiary in London in March (NS Solutions IT Consulting Europe Ltd.) to serve as a base in Europe other.
NSSOL Europe, while taking heed of u.k. and Europe financial regulations, will work together with our other overseas bases in the US, China and Singapore and our head office in Japan, to provide comprehensive IT system support to our customers seeking to expand into the global market.
