NS Solutions Establishes Subsidiary in Thailand

NS Solutions Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Munetaka Shashiki, hereafter referred to as “NSSOL”) has established a subsidiary (Thai NS Solutions Co., Ltd., hereafter referred to as “Thai NS Solutions”) in Thailand to provide system support to Japanese corporate customers in the South East Asian market.
From April 2013 Thai NS Solutions, with a team of 30 people based in Rayong Province, will be assisting Nippon Steel & Sumikin Galvanizing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“NSGT”) to set up a production management system as it aims to commence operations in October this year (2013).
Thailand forms South East Asia’s largest automobile market and is a global automobile manufacturing hub, with the number of production units in February increasing by 36% compared to the same period the previous year to reach approximately 230,000 vehicles and the number of Japanese firms making moves into the area is rapidly increasing. Thai NS Solutions will be working to provide system development and IT solutions and services to companies under the NIPPON STEEL & SUMITOMO METAL CORPORATION group and other Japanese firms looking to expand business activities in Thailand.
